Zero reservation, table service cocktail bar with a relaxed, neighbourhood feel

Here at The Golden Pineapple, our aim is to provide a calm little oasis in the middle of the madness of central Brighton.

We like to keep it reservation free so that you can pop in at your leisure; whether it be for a quick drink pre/post dinner or to kick back and relax with us for the whole evening.

Our cocktail menu is concise and ever changing, but we love playing around with new things and making classics, so feel free to ask for recommendations and to make requests

Menu Focus

Del Maguey Mezcal

We love Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal and Throughout December and January we will be running a specials menu showcasing some of our favourite Mezcals and how we like to drink them!

The menu comprises of three cocktails, a mezcal flight and food and drinks pairing and will change each week.

About Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal:

Founded in 1995 by internationally renowned artist and mezcal visionary Ron Cooper, Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal introduced the world to previously unavailable artisanal mezcal. Through deep cultural relationships with indigenous producers in Oaxaca and Puebla, Mexico, Del Maguey protects and preserves the ancient production processes that have been passed down generationally for hundreds of years.

These traditional methods, combined with the diverse micro-climates and terroir of Mexico, give each expression a unique, complex character that celebrates the art of the family producer.

Driven by a devotion to the cultures of Mexico, social and environmental responsibility, and family, Del Maguey is committed to providing the world quality, traditionally crafted mezcals, while supporting the communities of Oaxaca and Puebla, through education, technology, access to basic needs and healthy ecosystems.

The team from Tlaloc are running a long term pop up at the Golden Pineapple

With a simplified version of their menu over at Osetta Cafe, we are offing a nice informal way to sit down and grab some freshly shucked oysters and hand pressed tacos filled with big flavours

Thursday-Saturday 6pm until midnight!

Here at The Golden Pineapple we don't take reservations, allowing you to pop in at your leisure, whenever.
